Purchasing Terms of Service and Conditions
By making full payment and purchasing original work from Available Space you agree to the following terms.
You understand that you are purchasing the art work and not rights or license to the image. Artist retains and reserves full copyright in the work.
You understand that you may be contacted in the future and be asked to loan this piece for an exhibition in a show at a museum, gallery or otherwise. You agree to be contacted for this purpose. As long as you hold the legal title to this work the decisions to make the loan will be at your discretion.
Available Space holds the right of first refusal if the work becomes available. Please let Available Space know if you are going to resell or donate a piece purchased from Available Space.
You agree that in the event you sell, move, transfer title/ownership or otherwise dispossess this piece you will make your best efforts to contact Available Space or the The Artist and provide them with new title holder/owner and art work location details
Available Space also offers consignment and second market services to collectors holding works of artists represented by Available Space.
Subsequent owners/title holders of this piece agree and are bound by the terms listed herein.
Books and Promotional Items
Non-limited/edition, non-original art items damaged in shipping or aesthetically unsatisfactory items may be returned, no questions asked within 7 days. Buyer pays return shipping in most cases. Please contact us directly for a return authorization before shipping products back.
Sales on Original Art are final. In the case of resale or that you do not wish to possess the original piece any longer please contact Available Space for potential buy-back. Available Space holds the right of first refusal if the original work becomes available. Please let Available Space know if you are going to resell or donate this piece.
All shipments are insured. Further coverage during shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. Items damaged in shipping or unsatisfactory items must be reported to us within 48 hours of the shipment delivery time reported by shipping carrier.
Items not arriving or lost in transit should be reported to Available Space and reported and claimed appropriately with carrier by the buyer.
